* You must be 16 years or older to access the service.
* Password recovery is only possible if you fill in your email.
* We don't offer name changes for existing accounts.

Behaviour
* Do not upload illegal content like CSAM.
* Do not share or sell counterfeit stuff.
* Do not disrupt the grid's stability or security.
* Have some class and don't behave like a dick.

Drama
* Tamai staff does not mediate in resident disputes.
* Derender or block what/whom you have a problem with.

Land
* Microparcels may not be overpriced or used for advertising.
* Maturity ratings are suggestive and have no legal weight.
* Private land owners can deny anyone for any or no reason.

Currency
* Gloebit handles any transactions you engage in.
* Tamai can't offer support in this, contact Gloebit.

Juridical
* Tamai falls under jurisdiction of The Netherlands.
* This is a privately operated grid (no company, no foundation).
